Relishes are a great way to add some “je ne sais quoi” to pretty much any meat, fish and cheeses. Cambridge Chilli Farm’s onion relishes have three very different flavours and we just cannot decide which one we like more so it’s your turn to have a go!

The rich and hearty flavour of Cambridge Chilli Farm red Onion & Chilli Relish is just fantastic and we believe it is set to become the classic. We just can’t fault it. Cambridge Chilli Farm Red Onion & Smoky Chipotle Relish is a relish that cries out to be part of your everyday culinary routine! Made simply with caramelised red onions, red wine and vinegar, this chunky relish is just heaven. Smoked Jalapenos otherwise known as Chipotles bring in a distinctive flavour while Ring of Fire chilli peppers form the underlying heat. This is a relatively medium hot relish and one that is very versatile. Put a spoonful in your gravy to go with your Sunday lunch or better still, slap some on a piece of bread before toasting under the grill with a good chunk of creamy goat’s cheese!!

If you are bored of the same old relish then just try Cambridge Chilli Farm Naga Napalm Onion Relish. Chunky red onions are caramelised and mixed with red wine, vinegar and naga chilli peppers to form a hellish relish to savour and devour.  We love it mixed with traditional gravy or on top of pizzas, in sandwiches and as a side to strong cheeses. Beware though, this is not for chilli beginners!
