Life After Lay Offs
Unemployment rates are going up and along with it, there is a morale drop in our work force. In my business I have found that many of the unemployed of the day are over 45, have been in the corporate world for 20 years plus and are just sick and tired of the Corporate grind. If those in that category would file for unemployment, I believe that we would be looking at an unemployment rate over 15%. Many have taken packages to leave their employ or received severance and have been laid off.
